Green13 EU Textile Labels lets a merchant create labels with the fibre composition and care instructions of their textile products, assign them to products in bulk, and show them on the product page through a theme block, as text only (no images or care symbols).

| Labels and assignments | Stored inside the merchant's Shopify store as metafields, not on our server. They are product information, not personal data. The label registry is app data attached to the app installation: when the app is uninstalled, Shopify removes it. The label reference on each product is app-owned data: only the app can change it, and without the app it has no effect on the storefront (the theme block is removed with the app). After uninstalling, its retention is managed by Shopify. |

Subscriptions are handled entirely by Shopify. We never see or store payment details.
Merchants can ask for access to, correction or deletion of the data described above by writing to info@green13.agency. Requests submitted through Shopify's standard privacy webhooks are handled automatically. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
If the app ever begins to process other data, this page will be updated before that change is released, and the date above will change.
